When will I know if my session has been accepted?
Accept/decline notices are expected to go out in mid to late June.
Are speakers compensated for speaking?
Speakers are eligible for a complimentary pass provided they are able to accept the complimentary pass as a gift.
Can I edit my proposal after I submit it?
You can edit your proposal until the submission deadline of June 24th, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST.

We welcome breakout session submissions from practitioners, partners, platform providers and more.
What kind of sessions are you looking for?
We’re calling on practitioners, partners, and platform providers to share their experiences, innovations, and insights in breakout sessions that will help others advance their TBM practices. We welcome sessions that are case studies, drill into industry verticals, tackle technology domains like hybrid cloud or AI, or address trending topics, like Risk and Resilience. Our approach to breakouts is what makes TBM Conference unique. We focus on member-driven content that enables members to succeed. What matters most, then, is your contribution to elevating the TBM discipline and its key elements, like FinOps, ITFM, and Strategic Portfolio Management.
